I am a Fitness and Nutrition Coach focused on working with ladies who need to overcome barriers to fitness and healthy eating. I am very keen to encourage women to be their best and bring a wealth of life experience to my coaching style.
I have spent most of my life enjoying all kinds of sports and coming from a large family have always been competitive.
Like most people I became side-tracked by work and went through a period of not exercising at all. I know it is hard to get back into the swing of things it took me years and by that time I was very unhappy about the way I looked and felt, but once I made the decision there was no looking back. I haven't been on a diet for nearly 20yrs and I'm fitter and stronger than most women half my age!
A certified Master Trainer I am looking forward to changing the lives of women who are either self-conscious, lack motivation or are fed up up with constant dieting. I also work closely with women suffering from conditions such as: diabetes, high blood pressue, osteoporosis, arthritis, obesity and other medical conditions which all benefit from exercise.
My Mission
I want to help women to be proud of who they see when they look in the mirror. Self-confident, healthy and happy. I aim to help achieve this through fitness, exercise and coaching a positive mindset.
