Why Personal Training?

Have you noticed that it’s increasingly challenging to find the motivation to stay physically active? Work and family life can easily dominate your life so finding time for yourself is important for both your physical and mental state. A gym membership is a good idea but once there do you really know how to push yourself to achieve your goals and do you have the motivation to actually go on a regular basis? Once you have an appointment with a PT it is hard not to show up! Plus, you will constantly be reminded of your reasons for wanting to exercise.

 

My Personal Training sessions are for women who are ready to invest in achieving results in a faster and more efficient way and to leave with a positive mind set armed with information and new habits to maintain lifetime changes. You are ready to fully commit to your success by following an expertly designed plan written specifically for you.

  • I will guide you through your fitness routine making sure you are spending time on the most efficient types of exercises ensuring safety at all times.

  •  I will provide structure and do the thinking for you so you can focus on the “doing” rather than the planning.

  • I will help you identify and change unhealthy eating habits 

  • I will get you started in the right direction and spark your inner self to continue your health and fitness program on your own with maybe an occasional check in when needed.

 

Programme length will depend on your goals and your current fitness level. To determine the way forward it is usually best to come for a FREE consultation where you can have a look around and I can advise of the best way forward.

Pricing

All programmes include:

  •  Free consultation/ Induction session

  •  Measurements, weigh-in & photographs (not essential)

  • Blood pressure test

  • Nutrition & exercise analysis

  • Email and/or messaging support

  • Printable food diary and  “keep on track” journal

  •  Guidance and support for weight-loss if required

  • Exercises and stretches for home us

There are options to suit all budgets including:

online sessions, share with a friend or half hr sessions

Already have a gym membership?

​

I can provide you with a targeted training plan. You can visit my studio either once or twice per month to go through the exercises and have them updated/changed where required.

​

  •  When at the gym you will be focused on your plan and not be wandering what to do next

  •  You will be confident that you are executing the exercise correctly

  •  You will be training more effectively therefore results will be seen sooner

Happy to exercise at home?

 

I can provide you with a targeted training plan for home use too. Again you can visit my studio either once or twice per month or have a face to face online instruction session (depending on your experience) to go through the exercises and have them updated/changed where required. The chosen exercises will not need any special equipment. Interim visits will be charged at £43 per hr and include all exercises and updates.
