It is understandable that you may be concerned about exercising with a medical condition.

  • is it going to make me worse?

The good news is that I am expertly qualified to choose and conduct the correct exercise format for you and can advise that there are several benefits to be gained which will improve your condition.

Osteoporosis

  • resistance training can stop progression of osteoporosis

  • exercise improves joint mobility adding to protection against injury

  • exercise and streching improves balance

 Your program may typically include muscle-strengthening exercises include lifting light weights and balance or flexibility routines and weight bearing exercises in a safe and careful manner.

Arthritis
